Cha: An Asian Literary Journal


The June 2013 issue of Cha is here. We want to thank guest editors Jason Eng Hun Lee (poetry) and Reid Mitchell (prose) for reading the submissions with us. We would also like to thank Eddie Tay for another fine selection of book reviews.

The issue includes editorials by Reid Mitchell titled “Minor Confessions of a Consulting Editor” and Jason Eng Hun Lee titled “The Birth of a Poem”. The following writers/artists have generously allowed us to showcase their work:

Our next issue, themed "Ancient Asia", is due out in December 2013, and our Sixth Anniversary Issue will appear in March 2014. If you are interested in having your work considered for inclusion in Cha, please read our submission guidelines carefully.
