Chelsea Bainbridge-Donner is an American living in Hong Kong. Born on the East Coast, she moved across the United States to California in 1999. After finishing a degree in Public Policy and Law with a minor in Chinese, she moved to China in 2009, and then to Hong Kong in 2010. Despite her best efforts to become cynical, crotchety, and pessimistic, her personality remains stubbornly optimistic. She is currently working on a memoir about her time living and working in Asia.
