Carl Walsh is an Australian public servant who enjoys writing poems and short stories in the snatched moments afforded between work and family life. Five years ago, he went on holiday to Japan and was delighted by the poetry, history and culture, which have influenced many of his poems since. He is currently saving up for his next trip.
