Amrita Brahmo holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Born to Bengali parents in Kolkata, she grew into her own across a spectrum of Indian cities, each of which lends a unique flavour to her writing. Apart from poetry, she also writes short fiction and opinion pieces, and has previously been published in the online magazine EFiction India.
