Teo You Yenn received her PhD in Sociology from the University of California at Berkeley. She is currently Associate Professor and Head of Sociology at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Teo has published in journals such as Economy and Society, Signs, Social Politics, Development and Change, in addition to book chapters and newspaper commentaries. In 2011, her book Neoliberal Morality in Singapore: How Family Policies Make State and Society was published by Routledge.
