We are very pleased to announce that Issue 40 (July 2018)—"Writing the Philippines"—of Cha is now available. We would like to thank Ricardo M. de Ungria and Lawrence Lacambra Ypil for reading the submissions with us and helping us put together the special edition. We would also like to thank Eddie Tay for the great selection of reviews. This issue's editorial is by Ungria and Ypil.
