Amy Cheng was born in Taiwan, raised in Brazil and the U.S.A. She received a BFA degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MFA degree from Hunter College, City University of New York. She has permanent public art installed in three American cities. Her paintings have been exhibited both in the U.S. and abroad.
